This easy fitting and easy to install vehicle gun safe quickly secures handguns, GPS, iPods, smart phones, wallets, passports, cash, jewelery, sunglasses, keys and a variety of other personal valuables.

Due to the relatively small interior dimensions of the Cadillac Escallade center console, Console Vault designed the vehicle gun safe that would take up minimum interior space. The answer is the ingenious design dubbed the "Console Cover". This style of vehicle gun safe only uses the heavy duty lid and frame assembly and only requires the front and rear vertical supports. This vehicle gun safe installs to the existing factory console attachment points. NO DRILLING REQUIRED!

Please note: The option for a keyless / combo lock or a key only lock is only available for 2007 - 2009 trucks. 2010 and 2011 trucks are fitted with key only Console Vaults.

Each Console Vault is finished in the factory with an industrial grade, high-quality powder coat finish that looks like paint, but acts like armor. Powder coating finish is a dry finishing process used to seal paint to a metal surface. Each vehicle gun safe is covered with finely ground dry powder of colored pigment and resin, then placed into a curing oven and baked at high heat to get perfect adhesion.
